Taylor Green, LMSW

I support clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, family dynamics, and trauma who are seeking guidance in navigating these issues. My clients often seek to be heard, develop effective coping strategies, and regain a sense of control and hope. They are looking for a safe, supportive space to explore their emotions and build resilience for the future. With warmth, empathy, and active listening, I aim to create that space.  Together, we will move at your pace to explore personal challenges, deepen self-awareness, and build on individual strengths to lead a more balanced and fulfilling life.

My practice is rooted in creating a compassionate, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe to share their unique experiences. I use a strengths-based, integrative approach, drawing from evidence-based practices such as psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

I understand that reaching out for support can be challenging, especially when a person feels vulnerable.  I deeply respect the courage it takes to seek help, and I am here to guide my clients through the process with empathy and care. No one has to face their struggles alone—I'm here to listen and help you on your journey toward healing and resilience.
